Talon up 2 tiers, think hes a great benefiter of this patch, minion changes and youmoos more movespeed.
Fizz buffs is not enough, and he dont benefit that much from minion changes cus he often dont even have push.
kayle same champ as always, good champ if free lane and with a jgler like xin zhao/master yi etc.
They fixed alot of swain problems this patch, hes much better laner now. great pick vs melee comps.
Syndra feels alot weaker after item nerfs and individual nerfs
