December commission/personal artwork

Hello!

This year flew by as fast as the cold winter arrived, and it was quite eventful!

It’s been a year filled with challenges, from concerns about my art, physical and mental health, to personal issues. Many problems and worries arose one after another, and I spent my time busily trying to address them quickly. Thankfully, I believe that overcoming those difficulties in those moments has allowed me to enjoy my current days.

Regarding commissions, I truly apologize and express my gratitude to everyone who has trusted me with their requests. I’m aware that lacking confidence is not a good look, but there were many times when I questioned whether I was truly giving my best effort. Next year, I will work harder to refine myself and deliver better results!

Starting next year, commission fees will increase. This is something I had considered before, and as I’ve been investing more time in my art, I’ve faced challenges balancing income and other schedules. Thus, I plan to reduce the average number of commission slots slightly and allow myself more time to focus on each piece.

Additionally, I’m planning to take on a bigger challenge starting in February. I will be creating a 36-page Mirko doujinshi with a commissioner!
However, since the story and characters might be a divisive topic, I think there’s a chance Mirko fans could be disappointed. Sensitive aspects will be adjusted through discussion as much as possible, but the main characters in the story will be Mirko and the Nomu. Even so, I didn’t want to pass up the opportunity and motivation to seriously delve into comic production, so I accepted this commission. Since this will be a long-term project, the commissioner and I have come to an agreement, and I plan to dedicate a portion of my time from February to completing the sketching, coloring, and finalizing of the pages step by step. I’m fully aware of the heavy workload, so I’ll carefully manage my condition and strive to deliver the best results possible.

While I aim to push myself further next year compared to my current works, my goal is to ensure I don’t neglect my health and energy as I did this year, so as not to disappoint anyone.

こんにちは！

今年は寒い冬と同じくらいあっという間で、多事多難な一年でした！

絵についての悩みや体の健康、精神的な問題、その他個人的な問題など、多くの問題が連鎖的に発生し、それを早く収拾するために忙しく過ごした一年でした。幸い、その瞬間ごとに困難を乗り越えたおかげで、今のような日々を送れていると思います。

コミッションについてお話しすると、いつも信頼して依頼してくださる皆様に本当に申し訳なく、また感謝しています。自信のない姿は良くないと自覚していますが、いつも自分が本当に最善を尽くしているのか疑問に思うことが多かったです。来年はもう少し自分を磨いて、良い成果を出せるように努力します！

来年からコミッション料金を値上げする予定です。以前から悩んでいた問題で、絵に費やす時間に欲を出すほど収益や他の日程に支障が出るため、来年は平均スロット数を少し減らし、絵に集中する時間を増やす計画です。

さらに、来年の2月から少し大きな挑戦をする予定です。依頼者と一緒に36ページのミルコ同人誌を制作する予定です！
ただ、ストーリーやキャラクターが好みが分かれるテーマなので、ミルコを好きな方にはがっかりされる可能性もあると思います。敏感な部分についてはできる限り話し合いで調整しますが、ストーリーで最も大きく登場するキャラクターはミルコと脳無です。それでも、本格的に漫画制作を経験する機会とモチベーションを逃したくなかったので、この依頼を引き受けました。この長期的な制作が予定されているコミッションについては、依頼者と合意しており、2月から一定期間時間を割いて、全体的な漫画ページのスケッチから着色まで段階的に完成させていく予定です。非常に多くの作業量であることを認識しているので、コンディションを調整しながら、満足いただける最善を尽くします。

来年は今の作品よりもさらに欲を出したいと思いますが、今年のようにコンディションやエネルギーをおろそかにして、誰かを失望させないことを目標とします。

안녕하세요!

추운 겨울만큼 올해는 다사다난했고 정말 빠르게 지나간 한 해였습니다!

그림에 대한 고민과 몸의 건강, 정신적인 고민 그 외 개인적인 문제 등 꽤 많은 문제와 고민이 연쇄적으로 발생하거나 이것을 빠르게 수습하려고 바쁘게 보낸 한 해였습니다

다행히 그때 그 순간에 어려움을 해결한 덕분에 지금 같은 하루를 보낼 수 있었다고 생각해요

커미션에 대한 이야기를 하자면, 늘 믿고 맡겨주시는 분들께 정말 죄송하고 감사드립니다

자신감 없는 모습이 보기에 안 좋다는 것을 인지하고 있지만 늘 제가 최선을 다하는 게 맞나 의구심이 들 때가 많았습니다

내년에는 조금 더 저 자신을 가다듬어서 좋은 결과물을 그릴 수 있게 노력하겠습니다!

내년에는 커미션 요금이 인상될 예정입니다

예전에도 고민했던 문제였고 그림에 투자하는 시간에 욕심을 낼수록 수익과 다른 일정에 문제가 생기기에, 내년에는 평균 슬롯의 개수를 조금 줄이고, 그림에 고민할 수 있는 시간을 더 늘리는 게 계획입니다

또한 내년 2월부터는 조금 큰 도전을 할 계획입니다

커미션을 맡기신 분과 36페이지 미르코 동인지를 제작할 예정이에요!

하지만 동인지의 스토리나 캐릭터가 호불호가 갈릴 수 있는 주제라서 미르코를 많이 좋아하시는 분이라면 저에게 실망할 수 있다고 생각합니다

수위나 민감한 부분은 가능한 협의를 보겠지만 스토리에서 가장 크게 등장하는 캐릭터는 미르코와 노무입니다

그럼에도 만화 제작을 본격적으로 경험할 수 있는 기회와 동기를 놓치고 싶지 않았기에 수락한 커미션이었습니다

장기간 제작이 예정될 커미션이기에 이 부분은 신청자와 협의가 되었고 2월부터는 일정 기간 시간을 할애해서 전체적인 만화 페이지의 스케치부터 채색까지 단계적으로 완성해 나갈 예정입니다

매우 많은 작업량임을 인지하고 있기에 컨디션을 조절해 가면서 만족드릴 수 있는 최선을 보여드리도록 노력하겠습니다

내년에는 현재의 그림보다 더 욕심을 내고 싶지만, 올해처럼 컨디션과 에너지를 소홀히 해서 누군가에게 실망감을 느끼지 않게 하는 것을 목표로 하겠습니다
