Wayward Distraction Page 1 & 2
Added 2025-12-30 13:05:25 +0000 UTCI had a New Years Resolution for 2025 to start another comic. Last day of 2025 is still technically in 2025, so mission accomplished!
I've been working several comic ideas over the last couple of years, though I ended up dropping most of them due to overwhelming myself with the scope. I've decided I needed a change in my strategy.
I've chosen a simpler art style and will be trying to a looser approach. I've got a basic outline of where it's going to go but will be mostly winging it and trying not to let myself get too perfectionist about anything. Comics is an area where I'm not confident in my skills, so hopefully this project will get me more comfortable with making them in a way where 'good enough' is the goal.
I'm not sure how long this one will go for but it should be a decent bit longer than All in the Delivery. I'm aiming for a pace of at least 1-2 page a month between my usual stuff. Expect some experimentation and possibly me going back to update a bunch of previous pages multiple times as I solidify the idea of what I want this to be.
