Positive sides: -A closer, more intimate connection with your fans -A faster way of getting information out to your fans instantly -A clear and convince line of communication. Seriously, getting a discord server is a fan-favourite Negative sides: -Another application to download, learn and keep track of -Risk of burnout from too much/frequent contact with your fans -Risk of your product becoming diluted/something that's not yours because of too much input from fans In the end, it's always appreciated by the fanbase but getting- and running a discord server is more work for you. Please consider it carefully.
