For my shoots, my favorite oil is coconut oil
It provides a soft, natural shine and reacts beautifully under LED lighting
Unlike olive oil, which can quickly give the impression of being “trapped in an oven” due to its heavy texture, coconut oil remains light and pleasant on the skin (and even to the smell!)
It doesn’t feel sticky, doesn’t overheat, and allows the model to stay comfortable throughout the entire session
