"Thick as Thieves - Chapter 1" - Fat Fur

The first chapter of my new serialized fat fur novella, "Thick as Thieves," has finally arrived! The novella takes place in and around Evington, the setting of my earlier fat fur novel "City of Gains." It's not a direct sequel, though, and follows new characters as they navigate the fattening dangers of the cursed city. Currently it's expected to be 13 chapters long.

As with all of my serialized work, the first chapter is available for both patrons and non-patrons to view. The remaining chapters will be patron-exclusive! The novella will eventually receive a final draft and be self-published through Itchio and Amazon in the future (I'm aiming to start on that backlog of serialized work this year).

I do hope everyone enjoys the return to Evington, and the inevitable gains that accompany it!

The thieves Kard and Clive are always seeking to improve their skills and their lot in life. When Kard's infamous uncle and master thief Jed offers to apprentice the pair, he can't believe his good fortune. The fact that their apprenticeship will bring them to Evington, a city afflicted by a powerful fattening curse, doesn't bother him. After all, blubbery targets are easier targets. And how hard could it truly be to avoid gaining weight?
