She’s the head of a Flesh Angel-worshipping cult!
Her transformation happened when a parasite tried to take her but she rammed againist a breaker box in the struggle, the parasite being extremely vulnerable to electricity, it died before being able to take control of her brain… So she was left with an angellic body but a…mostly intact human brain, a human brain that suddenly felt free to live out its wildest fantasies, coupled with the natural Flesh Angel desire to consume humans. Despite not being anywhere near the Angels in terms of raw power, she’s just as durable.
