New Discord Server

Hey everyone.

I'm working on the next vid as we speak, but wanted to approach the Discord thing finally. 

For the longest time now people have wanted me to revive the old discord server we had. If you're unaware, it was nuked long ago cause it was lightly moderated and some people exploited it to post abhorrent stuff with the goal of then reporting it.  It happens with many servers, unfortunately.

Unbiased History of Israel (Update)

Sup, as you know it's been a very turbulent time for me, but I just wanted to assure you of what I've been doing.

The next video will be the Unbiased History of Israel, its around 80% finished and I'm working daily at it.

Of course this topic is a minefield but I couldn't help myself, its one of the things I've been wanting to do it for a long time, felt appropriate to try out a new vid style with it.

Important Update & New Content Poll

For the last two and a half months I’ve been trying several ways to continue the unbiased Roman narrative as closely as it was through the restrictions that inhibited it, I even more I wanted to improve my craft, I learned a bunch of new animation tricks, made improved higher res models, fully drawn maps and items, detailed scenes, ...

New Vid Update

The video is mostly finished, dare I say 80-90% done, and I'm very happy with how its turning out, still working intensely on it. 

Nothing much else to say, Should come out in the first half of October, it seems reasonable to speculate. Really looking forward to having some input once its released.

Sorry for the secrecy regarding it, its given birth to a looooot of people theorizing what its about. It can be fun tho.

I'll answer any reasonable questions I can.

Vid Update

I rarely give updates, but I just wanted to show that I’m working intensively on the new video.

I've been taking the opportunity for this new start with the new series not only to try new things and styles, but to purge many old ghosts.

The list is very long, with one of them being shitty graphics. The new PC I’ve built allows me to work with 4k, 8k, 16k files and such. Vids should be at least be 1440p 60fps from now on, as they should. Just a technical example.

Byzantium has won the vote, it won every poll by a lot tbh, having only tied one to the American Rev, and the Old testament came in second.

I'll begin immediately making the mini series, it will likely be 4 or 5 vids long, hard to say since some of the topics are quite dramaticly detailed (Justinian, Byz-Sassanid War).

What structure should future videos be made in, concerning video Size, number of Eps, and time it takes to make them?

Though a series cannot be, how much would you quantify your desire, or non-desire, for videos about Byzantine History?

What topics should Dovah work on?

Should Dovah only make videos about History, or should he also be able to make videos on non-historical subjects? (Ex: Politics, Videogames, Religion, Anime, Literature, etc...)
