Bellydancer who doesn't like her navel played with

Throughout the performance, the client kept his finger inside her navel. It followed her navel wherever she go during her dance. It felt intrusive and embarrassing for her. Many times she tried to dance away from his fingers but somehow he's able to keep up with her belly movements with his index finger snug inside her navel. He would wiggle it around, rotate it, and sometimes nudge his finger deeper whenever she does any dance move that would stretch her midriff. When he's not doing any of those, he would just sort of massage her navel softly with his finger.
Aside from the navel thing, he didn't really do anything to keep her in place. She was free to dance away if she could. He just love the feeling of having his finger inside a bellydancer's navel while she's dancing. The movement of the belly flesh around his finger drives him crazy.
She didn't really hide the feeling of disdain on her face, and the client didn't mind. In fact he specifically asked for her because of it. It embarrassed her even more that as she get sweaty from dancing, his finger wiggling start making squelching sound against her sweaty navel. Its not audible to the rest of the audience, but she could really feel it, as does the client.
She just want it over with.
