At the belly tavern, should any patrons get over eager and touch the girls before an order was made, they'll have to pay extra as penalty. Not all patrons are allowed this kind of leeway. Only regulars who are known to the establishment are able to have this privilege.
Most patrons don't mind the penalty, as they like the reaction from the girls when they're surprised. This girl in particular however, doesn't show any reaction at all, aside from maybe mild annoyance.
The regulars who came to see her specifically actually like that about her. There is something about seeing a girl having her midriff played with and not showing any reaction.
I wanted to design a cool type character who don't show much reaction when her belly is being played with. She still feel it all, however. It just doesn't show on her face.
