Like the buses you wait for ages and two come along at once!
Just in case you hadn't noticed last week I released 2.0.4 quickly followed by 2.0.5, this second release was to fix a minor packaging bug with the WebUI.
The details of the changes are in the changelog: https://deluge.readthedocs.io/en/latest/releases/index.html
Thanks for all the support for the project and ...

A long-awaited update and answer questions for those who continue to support Deluge, letting you know the state of development and what to expect in future.
First of all I hope that everyone is keeping safe and well in these chaotic and challenging times.
Since the last release of Deluge quite a lot changed for me, I am keeping well but I have new priorities meaning my time and energy to dedicate to Deluge has really stalled. It's quite astonishing how the weeks and months can sli...

My last post about taking a break and with that time and space my health improved enough, I slowly got back into the Deluge code. And after a concerted effort I finally released Deluge 2.0 last weekend. I have made a few point releases since the weekend so the latest version is 2.0.3.
There is still a lot to do but I hope it meets everyone's expectations. Checkout the release note...

A quick post to say that I have been struggling with my illness, resulting in work on Deluge stalling. So I thought it only fair to pause the Patreon billing until things have improved.
It is unfortunate as the development code is stable and release ready, although packaging for Windows and Mac is still an issue.
As always thanks for all your support and I wish you a happy new year!

There have been more changes for me in recent months, I lost my job, not so long after last post... but the upside is that I now have the time and energy to dedicate to working on Deluge.
I have been working hard on the project and I thought it was about time I updated you!
Development and community
For a project like Deluge to continue it is helps to have community contributions and works best when there are the tools and documentation to help those new to t...

I am so grateful for all the support I am still getting for the Deluge project and feel guilty for not keeping you all in the loop on the latest project status.
Much has changed for me since last summer, I unexpectedly got a new job working for a great Python and open-source-centric company and there have been some really positive changes in my personal life too.
This left me with little to spare for Deluge as I adjusted to the changes in my life. As time slipped past, the task of ...

Hi everyone!
I have spent the week bug fixing the development code and now finally feel it is finally ready for a wider audience.
I have uploaded the beta source code and Windows and MacOS builds (inc libtorrent 1.1.3) to the Deluge ftp:
Debian/Ubuntu users can get the same builds from:

Hello everyone,
Welcome to another long-awaited Patreon Deluge update! We have made it all the way to June, the mid-point of 2017 so I definitely owe you guys an update!
The progress of the 2.0 release has not been quite as fast-paced as I planned but I have been working hard behind the scenes on many different aspects of the project with varied successes and setbacks. I also hope you understand that although this is the only project that I work on, I am not always in the position ...

First of all thank you so much to all of you who have pledged so far. Every bit of support means a lot to me and helps move the projects forward. As it's the end of January I thought I would write a quick update on the progress on Deluge development so far.
This month has been spent primarily on bringing Deluge core code completely in-line with the latest libtorrent release and can take advantage of new features without legacy code holding us back. This has uncovered a lot of bugs and missing ...
