I really don't get why Kim hasn't told Gloria about her past yet. Based on their relationship so far, & Kim's interactions with Dr. Shapiro, I don't think Gloria would have a problem with it. In fact, I think it would just make Gloria appreciate her even more, & make them better friends. I guess she doesn't need to now, but it is sad that they didn't share that secret to strengthen their bond.

Kim recognised that Serena was a Harvard educated super model. She's working on the "super model" part, but what about the "Harvard educated" part? Not saying she needs a degree, but Rex strikes me as someone more likely to be attracted to competent people. Not sure how that fits with lounging around the pool all day. I kind of hope Serena is just a nice person and Kim is too cynical and paranoid to see it.
