What's New:
- Underworld Expeditions: Once you have 6 or more tomes, you'll be offered the chance to send minions to look for high level tomes and artifacts.
- 5 new items that can found on an expedition.
- 6 new random events that can happen during an expedition.
- A new encounter music track for punks, goths, hunters, bikers, bruisers, and generic beast types.
- Reduced Jank: I've rewritten the way the game loads new pages to give me much more control. The blinking in the last release should be gone. It allows me to put in transition animations like fading to black. I added a couple of those, but it's ongoing work.
- Unfortunately I didn't have time to rebalance the random events. I'll have to address that later.
Bug Fixes:
- Fewer instances of end of turn event pages being shown in a weird order.
Known Bugs:
- When you have multiple looms installed and multiple transformations in progress, the turns to complete number is wrong. It doesn't take into account your apprentices' labour being split between multiple tasks.
- Background mods will need some changes to work again. See the thread in the steam modding subforum.
How to Play:
- Unzip it somewhere and run the play fleshcult batch file.
- Go into the Mods menu and click on the patron mod to enable the new content.
- The main menu should show all your existing saves from either the Itch or Steam versions.
Notes:
- If you have Steam running in the background, your workshop mods should also appear.
- Note that after playing in the Patron version saves won't load in the old version. It'll automatically make a backup copy of the save, just in case you want to go back to it.
