I think up to this, Kim was on one hand totally with it, but on the other hand very concerned about her career and safety. That's why she suddenly comes up with marriage out of nothing. In her mind, spousal privilege solves the whole issue. It is not moral concerns that hold her.. Once she feels safe, she really blossoms up in her mischief and is very much on the same wave-length as Jimmy, if not the driving force at points.

I’m sorry, I’m so sorry, but from here on out...you’re one of them." ___________ With regards to your question about the trackers, apart from just-plain-stalking they can probably be used by companies to track equipment, people to keep track of their cars (Lojack-alternative), etc. We use similar items at my work to see where our personnel are on the road so we can give directions, routing, and time estimates. Plus all of those "Speed monitored by GPS" signs on vehicles. Despite the creepiness, there's plenty of everyday uses for things like that.

2025-05-26 17:37:13 +0000 UTCThe Kim transformation has been moving forward the entire series, and is more dramatic than what I ever imagined. In fact, I'm shook. In the end, Jimmy says, "This isn't you," and sits there befuddled, shaking his head. (I was too.) He looks at her as if he really doesn't understand her or what is happening. And whatever happens to her in season six, he'll know it's his fault. This guilt, I suspect, will pile on top of his guilt about Chuck. His guilt about Marco. His guilt about his father and his father's business. And the character we finally see in Breaking Bad is a Jimmy who has become so cynical with guilt and loss that all we see is a fast-talking jokester standing in front of a tormented--and very guilty--soul. ...That's my best guess.

2025-05-21 18:53:12 +0000 UTCTo understand the slippin' Kim arc here & her talking Jimmy into them willingly hurt him for their own gain, you have to think back at her interactions with Howard throughout the show. S1 Howard punishes her for losing the Kettlemans S2 Howard punishes her for Jimmy's ad & takes it personally, not accepting her redemption when she brings in Mesa Verde. S3 Howard is on Chuck's side in the legal battle & they argue when Howard belittles her & she then tries to repay her loan S4 Kim yells at Howard for telling Jimmy about Chuck's suicide. Kim then doesn't see Howard's spiral and only then sees him later once he's recovered. S5 Then in this episode Howard, whilst trying again to act sincerely, gets it wrong and insults Kim by implying she has no agency. She's barely had any positive interaction with him. This is certainly not to say that she is justified in the mission against him she seems keen on, but it's not actually entirely out of nowhere. We know Howard far more intimately than Kim does. Her face when Howard says about Jimmy not being in control of himself is a perfect read of her feelings towards him.
