SO happy! But, though I'm SO on board with the Abby hate at this moment, it wasn't necessarily her fault that Jackson was attacked. They turned toward the town only after the guy in Jackson disturbed the tendrils in the pipe. Also, thank you SO MUCH for posting ep3-4 at the same time as these two...reactors seem to stop after ep 2, which is a REAL shame...the story of 2 is amazing, imo.

So yes, she was aware of the reason for experimenting on Ellie, in a sense. It's clear that she believed the death of her father was completely unjustified.
