Vote #28, part 1 + a bit of update

I've been very sick for the last 2 days, spending all the time either sleeping to deal with +39C temp or throwing up, instead of working. I will get better in a couple days, but the Lilith piece and this vote will have to slow down.
I will post another suggestion post right after this vote's part 2 is finished, so maaaybe I will be able to catch up on the content. Once again, I am really sorry, people, I didn't expect the sickness. I don't really get sick often so every time is an unpleasant surprise.
Here's the Lilith WIP, not much work left to be done so I'm pretty sure I'll only need a couple days more once I'm up on my feet do finish this.
Will come in 3 or 4 versions.
