Fanbox停权公告与后续处理措施/Fanbox Suspension Announcement

各位支持Ackerman的绅士朋友们好：

在这边要向各位带来一个不幸的消息，相信大家都已经发现，我们Fanbox在2023/12/04的下午突然遭到停权，目前原因未明。虽然已经联络了平台客服，但根据其他创作者的经验来看可能无法顺利恢复，在这边要向各位粉丝与本月已经订阅我们的赞助者致上最高的歉意！很抱歉让各位的权益受损了，但请大家相信这真的非我们所愿！

其实在前阵子有多位创作者陆续被封禁时我们就有警觉，因此尝试了以档案加设密码的方式，但没想到在做了这么多的努力、花费这么多额外的功夫后，我们的帐号却仍然没有逃过被封的命运，实在让我们团队深受打击，感到相当的挫折与沮丧……

但为了喜爱我们作品的各位粉丝与赞助者，我们会继续努力，宁愿从头开始新办一个帐号也不想就这么放弃！因此我们紧急新办了一个新的Fanbox，希望大家能够继续追踪我们，连结将放在最下方！

而后续的作品的预览更新及客服相关事宜，仍以目前这个Pixiv帐号为主，除非这个Pixiv帐号也被封禁，才会另行公告并移转到新帐号去，请大家不用担心。

而有关赞助的部分，由于Fanbox的机制让我们无法退款，因此对于12月已经赞助的粉丝，要麻烦各位私讯我们，我们将改以云端连结的方式提供档案给你们，虽然过程或许会比较麻烦，但这样各位就不用重复花钱赞助也能看到档案，这是我们能想到最好的处理方式了，还请大家见谅！

未来我们的作品将采用Google云端连结二维码＋档案加设密码的方式并行，无论是档案的云端连结二维码或是档案本身的密码，都会显示在当月的粉丝卡上，并透过每月更新二维码的方式进行更新，档案的密码与之前一样，有任何使用上的问题也都欢迎私讯我们，我们一定会在看到的第一时间立即处理！

最后再次和各位受到影响的粉丝们致上歉意，新的帐号、新的模式，相信大家一定会有一些不习惯的地方，但请相信我们都会非常有诚意的去处理并解决问题，只希望我们的创作能够继续顺利进行，带给大家更多更好的作品，盼望大家能与我们共体时艰，一同在TSF的道路上前行！

Sadly, our Fanbox account was suddenly suspended on 2023/12/04. The reason is currently unknown. Although we have contacted the platform customer service, based on the experience of other creators, it may not be possible to restore. I would like to apologize to all the fans and sponsors who have subscribed to us this month! I'm sorry that your rights have been damaged, but please believe that this is really not what we want!

In fact, we were alert when many creators were banned before, so we tried to add passwords to files. However, we did not expect that after so much effort, our account is still blocked, which really hits our team hard and feels quite frustrating…

But for the fans and sponsors who love our comics, we will not be defeated and would rather open a new account than give up! Therefore, we urgently set up a new Fanbox. We hope you can continue to follow us. The link will be placed at the bottom!

Subsequent preview updates of comics and customer service related matters will still be based on the current Pixiv account. Unless this Pixiv account is also banned, it will be separately announced and transferred to the new account. Please don't worry.

Regarding sponsorship, due to Fanbox’s mechanism we are unable to refund, so for fans who have already sponsored in December, please send us a message and we will provide you files with cloud link instead. Although the process may be more troublesome, this way you can see the files without having to spend repeated sponsorships. This is the best way we can think of, and we ask for your understanding!

Our comics will use the QR code of Google cloud link with file adding password. Whether it is the cloud link QR code of the file or the password of the file itself, it will be displayed on the fan card of the month, and will be displayed through each. It will be updated monthly by updating the QR code. The password for the file is the same as before. If you have any questions about using it, please feel free to send us a message. We will definitely deal with it as soon as we see it!

Finally, we would like to apologize again to all the fans who have been affected. With the new account and new mode, I believe there will be some things that you are not used to, but please believe that we will deal with and solve the problem very sincerely. We only hope that our creations can continue and bring you more and better comics. We hope that you can face the difficulties with us and move forward on the road of TSF together!
