Status update on the new project

The new story will be about Lyana Frostburn visiting a Japanese welness resort which (according to rumors) contains a hot spring inhabited by ancient spirits capable of healing people from mental illnesses. According to the stories posted by people online, the resort is capable of curing chronic depression, forms of extreme stress and burnout. To Lyana it all sounds too good to be true and since she can't stand mysteries and secrets, she has gone to this resort in order to find out what is really going on.

The name for this story will most likely be: Lyana Frostburn and the healing spa".

(I could change 'spa' into 'hot spring' or 'onsen'? Maybe add the spirits in the title? Lyana Frostburn and the healing water spirits? what do you think?)

Anyway, I've been working on this new story script for the past couple of days now. Made a ton of sketches, re-works and cut away things in the story that weren't needed. I also encountered some things that needed solving since it could cause problems later in the story if done wrong.

I made sketches for the first 4 pages and posted these on Discord for the tier 3. I'm posting them here now since I know it's been a while since I posted something and I want to let you know I'm not sitting on my ass and doing nothing. The concept stage is important to me since the story needs a flow and some kind of goal that we're working to. Without it, it would just be one image after another... I also wanted to implement the feedback I received on the previous Lyana story including:

- More visible hair and hair styles.

- Not covering eyes.

- Varied bondage setups and predicaments (each page will be completely different from the previous)

So these are the first 4 sketches (sharing them just so you know what I'm talking about)

Here we can see our new antagonist enjoying her time before Lyana walks in unanounced. At page 4 Lyana gets tied up after throwing a tantrum at the front desk of the resort. -and this is where I realized my mistake.

For those who don't know, this story is based on a concept I've done a while ago. (image below):

In this image, a classy arrogant woman demands to be let into this resort, completely unaware of the true nature of the resort and the activities taking place. Merely minutes after demanding to be let in, she now finds herself completely stuck and signed up for several months at this resort. A twist that is very hot I think.

I wanted to recreate this but the script I wrote didn't work. After all, Lyana comes to the resort to investigate the waters. In the old script I had no mention of this. I also realized that there was no image where Lyana signs the contract or meets the new antagonist. I could write that in words next to it but... that's kinda cheap. Writing it in but not showing it on the same page... mweh... I realized I had to rework the script in order to get better results and the images needed to fit that new script. I came up with the following:

Here at page 3 we have a clear sight of the parties involved. Lyana, a resort staff member (looks recognizable?...) and the antagonist in the same room. At page 4 we see how, after Lyana signed the contract, she now has to cooperate and wear the mandatory 'clothing' as stated by the contract. Although she is surprised by this strange clothing rule, Lyana cooperates completely unaware of what she has gotten herself into...

So why am I sharing all of this?

- Because it took me some time to set up the whole script

- And it will take time for me to finish and complete the actual images (which is what I'm going to start working on tomorrow).

Question: How big is the script?

Answer: Right now I have 16 pages but depending on the feedback and reception of this story I could cut this story off at any page and move on.

Question: What kinds of bondage/predicaments will we see in this story?

Answer: I haven't written everything in stone yet but looking at the activities that I came up with I decided to work on the following:

- Whipping, Steam bath/Mineral bath, Tube feeding/sleeping (could be seperate or in the same page), Yoga (2 images, can also just make 1 if people don't like the first), Breast growth mineral bath (Could leave this out), Ice session (ice cubes melting away), Vacuum bed sweatbox, Fire pit hogtie. a breast massage/harness squeezing kind of image.

I know there are more ideas out there but I didn't want to include everything nor did I want the comic to be too long. I was surprised to see how fast these concepts came up and before I knew it I was already at 16 pages. I guess it depends a bit on how much people like the comic but I really don't like including new stuff/re-working stuff to make other images/concepts fit in the story. Right now there's a flow to it and it has a beginning and an ending. I'm happy to work on it.

Tomorrow I'm starting work on the first page. I'm going to work with 3d a bit more to get faster/better backgrounds. I'm hoping this will pay out in the long run.
