Added 2023-09-16 13:21:43 +0000 UTCThis was quite the mouthful... I played around with the latex and colors quite a bit. I'm happy with the result but a bit sad the depth is hard to create using the black latex. Even though I finished the image yesterday already, I decided to add an x-ray version of the gag which turned out nice. I hope you like the new page and images too.
In case you haven't noticed: I also updated the 5th page and the images with some text and corrections. (I couldn't let the small mistakes get past me...)

The expression is gorgeous! I think it would have been more impactfully de-humanizing if she had gotten a full laryngectomy, but the details around her collar (membrane, etc.) are very creative. Never seen anything like it before.

All together it would take a lot more time to complete the image so in the end I decided against it and go with a x-ray image instead. Just to be clear, there is a 'skin' version but she has no ears so it just looks... weird :P
