Well, now that this chapter is done passing scrutiny and posted, I've let myself read it. Thank you. It was very enjoyable. Now I'll just have to force myself to wait to see Chapter 10 when it's really done. And, I swear, if you lead into the reappearance of Sarah's hubby with a cliff hanger I'll likely take up chewing my nails again (on down to the first knuckle) by the time that one gets posted.

2025-02-09 05:52:07 +0000 UTCI think that Callum's headaches are sort of a proximity sensor for presence to partners, as well as maybe some feedback about presence of women who want to partner with him, maybe. Any time that Sarah comes close to him, the headaches clear right up, but I'm not sure if they get worse when any potential partners are around. I suspect that the more partners he has, the fewer headaches he'll get.
