I think the boys don't wanna cover girl groups coz girl group song notes are usually quite high since girls normally have a higher pitch voice then boys and boys have a hard time reaching those high notes.. when they cover they often lower the key and sing, they don't sing in the original key. That's why I think boy groups dread girl group songs.
