I had never seen this one before because I knew it was going to be traumatic. It was great to see Sajal and Sri Devi as mom-daughter. Again, this was back when we had talented artists from India and Pakistan collab and it served. The line 'God can't be everywhere and that's why mothers were created' is a line that most indians have learnt from a young age. We say heaven is in our mother's feet. It was traumatic Arya to be hearing 'call your mom now' but I love how her mom says 'her mum is here now'!! There is a saying in hindi that a woman is durga and she is kali maa too which basically means if a woman is left with no option but to be kali maa then all hell will break lose and all demons will be ended. She is a nurturer but if you cross the line, she will end everyone and everything.

It's one of the most powerful movies I have ever seen plus you'll see how great she was in that movie and you'll be introduced to one of the best actors to ever exist (nana patekar) not just in bollywood but ever.
