In the game, Vira has a soft/elegant voice, but later we found out she goes yandere upon Katalina, While fighting her, that laugh definitely will creeps everyone out.
Oh, by the way her CV/voice actress is Asami Imai, also voiced Kurisu from Steins;Gate, another one of my favorite anime and character. XD
I've already love Vira, but end up loving her more after finished this one. The blue fabric she's lying is a reference of her beloved sister Katalina's cape. X)
