Hi Gang, I submitted a question last week about what it means when someone asks to "turn the A/C down" in a car. Everyone agreed with my perspective, so I guess that means I was right and my wife was wrong. Turns out, I was WRONG to play back the podcast to my wife, all the while saying "See? See? I was RIGHT!!" So as I write this message from my new bedroom, also known as the living room couch, I was wondering: what is the nicest way to say "I told you so?" Thanks, Dan

I have been playing through Skyward Sword HD over the last couple of weeks and I have a question. When you are at low health in a Zelda game, what is your greatest concern: running out of hearts and dying or getting that awful alarm sound to stop? Also, is there any other game that you are aware of that makes being at low health as annoying as the Zelda series?

Not a question, but a response to Haley's GALOT from last week - lots of colleges will accept more freshman than they have space for with an anticipation of "melt" (students withdrawing within the first couple of weeks). They'd rather have housing overbooked for the first few weeks than have empty spaces in housing after the initial melt period. A university I used to work at would rent hotel rooms in the area for overflow students to live in for the first few weeks until the university housing office decided that the initial melt period had calmed down.

Since you guys are talking about Metroid, I think it's fair to ask the ultimate question game philosphers have asked for decades, Metroid or Castlevania.

Hello you lovable CLCs! in honor of Marvel's What If premiering today, what is an "What if" gaming scenario you would love to play through? I personally would go for a "What If Samus Aran was raised by Ridley instead of the Chozos"

People often say that they would like to see AA takes on many games. If you have power to promote an indie game studio to AA level which one would it be?

Hey all! In movies, when a series bumps from being typically PG-13 to an R-rating, it often becomes more acceptable to be slower and more dramatic than a PG-13 movie ("Logan" and "Joker" come to mind). Why isnt this a thing in games? Is there any correlation between rating and pacing/tone in games?

Salutations green cohorts. Can we let Suriel, or anyone else, talk about how good “The Green Knight” is? No spoiler talk, just a quick minute to appreciate this cool flick.

Minnmax, Some games in Japan have completely different English names or translations than in the West. For example, Resident Evil is known as Biohazard in Japan. Let's see if you can guess the English titles or direct translations for Japanese games. Psycho Break -> The Evil Within Triforce of the Gods 2 -> A Link Between Worlds It's A Wonderful World -> The World Ends With You Violence Killer -> Turok 2: Seeds of Evil Mario Story -> Paper Mario (N64) Bonus movie round: Wild Speed Jet Break -> F9 (Fast and Furious 9)

I'm with Mark. I don't say much but I'm a long time listener, and we definitely need a Deepest Dive on Survivor, or an Outlaster community stream, or both.

Over the past few days I’ve binged Leo’s Roblox Outlaster streams, please we need the Minnmax Crew & community to get in on this!

Hey, Benny and the Jets! (If you could have Jeff'em sing the chorus to that song, that'd be appreciated... BENNY!... BENNY!... Benny and the Jets...) Let's talk about cloud gaming, and more specially Stadia. We all know the launch was subpar, but the tech has always worked, meaning even though some features weren't available at launch, you could still stream games on a fairly low internet connection on all your devices. Do you think cloud gaming is still the future and or has Stadia's unstuck landing pushed back that inevitability? I'm puzzled when I see people complain about storage space, downloads, cost of the next gen console, etc, but then scoff at cloud gaming and it's business model. It alleviates all of those issues and you only have to buy the games or be subscribed to Gamepass Ult. No box or controller required (if you already have any modem gamepad) Why do gamers dunk on wonderful things? Is my faith in cloud gaming misplaced? Your thoughts?
