It's been a few weeks since I've had a significant update, so I wanted to drop a note and let you all know that I've been hard at work nonstop. The New Vegas Indiction project is progressing along nicely and I believe you are all going to love it. In partnership with Bale, I think this project will be an instant staple in modern load orders.

This is a project that started well over a year ago, sat on the shelf for a bit, but that I’ve been able to revive with ToastyFresh. This image shows the low-poly bake of a new, from-scratch model of Joshua Graham. In the coming weeks, I'll be working on a few NPC remasters. Over the years, I've created designs for over 100 NPCs and I'm not happy with all of them. I'll be changing a lot of the NCR once that overhaul is underway, but I also want to redo several others including No Bark, Apprentice Watkins, several of the Khans, and more.

This is something I've been putting together while working on other things. It's a miscellaneous texture pack made with both AI and manual edits that aims to improve objects previous mods have not touched, or to improve on older mods that have not been re-done to keep them up to modern standards.
Because texture mods are often subjective, I suggest inspecting the contents on your own and deciding what you want to use. However, I wouldn't be sharing it if I didn't think it was all worth...

The classes are coming together and the NCR is feeling like a fully realized army. Each class serves at least one unique purpose, with some being multi-purpose. For example, the Ordinance Trooper assumes the role of anti-tank (or, more accurately in Fallout, anti-power armor), sapper, and EOD unit.
Loadouts remain to be polished and finalized--especially on the basic trooper and assault trooper--with more texture editing to come as well.

I'm finishing up my TTW pack. It's a big one! I have seven left to go (including the Mechanist not pictured). These are my current plans for these NPCs, though it's always subject to change.
I've stayed true to the original races, even though race isn't always clear in the game due to facegen limitations and voice acting.
Smiling Jack has had his chopper mustache removed in favor of a smiling scar. I can include a version with the mustache for those who prefer the original look....

This is a character I've wanted to do ever since I played Fallout 3 for the very first time. Vance is a... "vampire." I think it's up to the player's imagination to decide exactly how much of a vampire he really is. It's safe to say he's not burning alive in the sun or turning into a bat at will, but who knows what mutation he may have experienced in the wasteland? He can teach the player to get more health from blood packs, so there's something there.

Current plan: wrap up a few more TTW npcs, then remaster the Khan Overhaul. I will be working on the Vault Suit project and Combat Armor project in the meantime as well.

This one took a while. The body is a mash up of 9 different models in my attempt to blend the vanilla look with Fallout Shelter and MTG art. There is still work to do to get this in-game, but I am happy enough with it to share for now :)

As an iconic character, this design went through many versions much like the original character had many versions from the developers. I've tried to capture both the vanilla feel and the spirit of the older concepts, with an eye on the newer MTG art. In-game screens coming by the weekend.

Here's a first look at my Tinker Joe WIP. It's so easy to not realize the races originally intended for the characters unless looking at their race in GECK. I see this character wandering the CW all the time but never realized he is Asian! Hopefully this design pulls out his character a little more with regard to his race, and his tinkering skills.

As you can see in the image, I have updated the look for Lucas Simms to an older looking character more fitting to the role and deep voice. I have been able to re-use his original face finding it a good fit for Eulogy Jones! (Thanks, Dante!) Lucas is done and in-game, while Eulogy is still a WIP, but he should be in-game within a day or two.
I also have early stage WIPs for Confessor Cromwell and Tinker Joe that I should be ready to share within a week or two.

Hello! Long time since an update. I'll post again soon with more detailed updates and plans, but here's a summary:
Every year, I like to do a playthrough to rekindle my modding creativity, and to bring into focus areas of the game I want to work on.
