I really really like her, but she was my second idea for a Perchta/Frau Weisse character and I think the more fae/ otherwordly design I originally sketched out will work better for a fairytale-esque short.
I did probably more research on peasant attire in 15th-century Germany than was needed and this idea incorporates a lot more of those aesthetics than the other one. I feel like this version could work in a different Perchta story, but for a midwinter tale with the pertchen and more fantastical creepiness, she doesn't seem like she fits in with those visuals.

I quite like this Perchta concept as well so don't mean to sound like I'm disappointed to use her instead of the other or anything, just too bad when you end up with more than one idea that you actually like!

Btw. don't know what a pertchen is? Here's a bunch of folks dressed up for an annual Perchtenlauf in Austria (one of several European regions that still observe these traditions today in some form).
They aren't Krampus but they like, know him and he's cool.
