Drawing of a couple of D&D OCs I designed with a buddy to operate kinda as a team in-game. I mostly was wanting to do an upbeat, chill smashy smashy type character this time who didn't need to be the party diplomat or brain, and he'd already started on a concept for a mad scientist tiefling artificer, so I pretty gladly fit my gal around that.

Meriweather (Meri or Mer for short) is a human/soulstitched barbarian with no memories of where she came from or who her family is, but has friendly, safe memories with the artificer so travels with them as a voluntary bodyguard. Dr Vic (they/them) is a laidback atheist with aspirations of scientific greatness but currently a rather small budget, so they work as a hired researcher for an old elven wizard living in a smudge of world between dimensions.

Vic and Meri have a rather useful booksmart/streetsmart dynamic between them and, despite the initial appearance of being Frankenstein and his monster, the two are friends above all else. Meri loves rushing headfirst into battle and figuring out the finer details after, while Vic is always ready in the aftermath to replace body parts as needed.

Together they are... Team Feral Science.
