2024-08-22 12:17:48 +0000 UTCI like this episode both in its own right and for the way the ending sets up a problem for the future which will need to be resolved. It's not the best "spacecraft under siege" story ever but it has enough that is good about it to keep me pleased. Not least the space zombies and seeing Bill's first venture into space itself. The ultimate free market trade in oxygen and life is pretty shocking too. Not the sort of episode I would watch again and again but I liked it fine. We are nearly half way through the series and, as you remarked, it is time for a series arc to appear if there is one. And for some established themes to become clearer. I agree about the new camera. It is looking good. And, no, most UK homes don't have built in air conditioning as most of the time we don't need it with our weather. I know some people who have bought the cheap, mobile version where you sling the pipe out of a window but they only get used a small amount of the time. See you next week.

2024-08-17 19:13:33 +0000 UTCI really like this episode. I gave it a 4/5 and it's ranked 79th/140. Not only is a zombie's in space horror story but it's also a story about capitalism and greed. It's great having the team of the Doctor, Nardole and Bill all together. Apart from the first episode and the final this is my favourite of this series.

I have to disagree with on this episode, I understand your thoughts because I didn’t take to this episode or the following few when I first watched the series. This is the third time I’ve watched Oxygen and it gets better each time. No spoilers but maybe once you watched the series you’ll look more kindly on this episode. xx
