Totally agree with you! While the jumpscares weren't great, I appreciated that there were only a few. Each one got me since I wasn't expecting them after waiting so long between them. I loves the overall atmosphere of the film, it reminded me of the anxiety and frustration I feel in some of my dreams where everything is blurry and I can't get my vision to focus no matter how hard I try.
