The best book out there on Ed Gein is 'Deviant: The Shocking True Story of the Original "Psycho"' by Harold Schechter. Also, John Douglas's memoir 'Mindhunter' has some interesting information on his interview with Ed Gein.

2025-10-24 02:24:17 +0000 UTCI cried so hard watching it the first time and had mixed emotions about it. I cried watching it again, but only during the last part with the therapist. I feel like that shows they made a breakthrough and for those of us who have been in therapy, that is something we can identify with somewhat.
