Challenge: Time Challenge

Duration: 15-20 Minutes approx

*however long it takes to complete 1 round (not including Buy-In)

Buy in » 30 reps - Jump Squats

  1. 1 min - Side to Side (20 sec) / Twist (20 sec) / High Knees (20 sec)
  2. 20 reps - Kettlebell Snatch - (L x10)(R x10)
  3. 1 min - High Knees (20 sec) / Double Unders (20 sec) / High Knees (20 sec)
  4. 10 reps - One Leg Pistol Squat Sit Ups - alt. legs
  5. 1 min - Double Unders (20 sec) / High Knees (20 sec) / Double Unders (20 sec)
  6. 6 reps - Kettlebell Push Up / Squat & Overhead Press

Yay! Got my kettlebell (it's only 4.5 kilo, 10 lbs, but perfect for me) and just finished this awesome workout. Wow! Incredible cardio! I was winded after the "buy in" lol. I had to modify a bit here and there, because of my bum knee, but that is the glory of these, you can change it up a bit, if you have to, and still get mega benefits. I was done in jus t over 18 minutes (not including the buy in) and my heart rate is still in the "cardio" zone! Perfect for a Sunday morning. Well done, Rhy. Thanks for sharing!
