Yes some have spoilers, but tbh, if you start with not watching them or etc, it easily becomes super toxic about not looking at things bc you might blah blah. The honest truth is that we when we watched it on TV watched the opening, most of the time, sang along, theorized, guessed and so on. And anime openings are a huge thing with a lot of lore and renown about them. So just enjoy it.
