Just watching this for the first time. Its not the same, but I've been hospitalized many times for anxiety attacks that got so out of control that they were dangerous, an ER nurse said once that my bloodwork came back looking like I had been in a serious car accident but I had just been lying in the same place unable to move. Loosing control is so so scary. But that sports medicine doctor. I love him. I wish I had someone like that in my life, and I want to be that person for someone else even in a small way. I'm a massage therapist and corrective exercise specialist, she reminded me of some of my clients. They want to gain back what they have lost from ang/disease/injury but sometimes its just not possible. And it becomes less about getting them back into their former shape and more about convincing them to be creative and find a new normal, and to thrive in that. P.S. If I was wearing false eyelashes I'd have cried them off too 😭 but I do feel significantly more puffy

Are you gonna react to Celine singing at the opening for the Olympics? https://youtu.be/SpeqPG85o5s?si=torUMHAbZJ-WFotw

It is truly an inspirational and heart-tugging documentary. Have you seen her "A New Day " full concert video from her stay in Vegas? It includes both the full concert and the behind-the-scenes portion. You should check it out if you haven't already. Link: Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8aR1go5-QHQ (concert footage only... full access portion separate on YouTube, but both come on the same DVD pack if you order it). You can watch it here on YouTube or order the DVD on Amazon. Great show and great backstage deep look. The following is the link to the YOutube (backstage/behind the scenes video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-RqAiSnGn4 .

Choux D Bruxelles

Yes! Definitely more Celine!

HGranger

Please react more stuff for Celine Dion. Especially her 2007 full concert live show residency in Las Vegas

The song with the lyrics "when I was a little girl I had a rag doll..." was from a song called 'River Deep Mountain High' originally performed and sung by Ike and Tina Turner.

I was so scared of watching this alone…Thank you for sharing it! I am so sad I never got to see her live. I can’t even begin to imagine. Like Audrey said, losing control of your body is one of the most terrifying things ever. I also had a panic attack back in November and had spasms in my hands, I just couldn’t open my fist and my fingers were just not responding and I was terrified….Man we’re just so lucky we live in the same lifetime as Céline Dion…

Samir

I just want to Thank you I have complex PTSD and I don't have any friends and rarely go out your videos make me feel less alone, like im watching/ listening with friends

Renee

So forgot to comment after I was done cause I needed time to calm down after finishing. It was hard to watch as I suffer from muscle spasms in my back bad enough that it's making my spine lose its natural curve and Celine Dion's look worse than mine which was hard for me to imagine before. I hope she's able to get treatment that allows her to do all the things that bring her joy. Fun fact: I am VERY distantly related to Celine Dion

Jay Johnston

I just finished watching. I couldn't manage it all at one time. You guys were wondering about the nasal spray? Intranasal valium is used for certain types of seizure disorders.

IgoZoom

She has over 10k pairs of shoes! Just FYI. This documentary has ripped my heart out. She is such an amazing and genuine human being! It's sad that someone with such a super-human gift has to suffer this way. Nothing is certain in this life, not for any of us.

IgoZoom

ABSOLUTELY! I wasn't a huge Celine Dion fan until I saw her on Carpool Karaoke! Her sense of humor and ability to make fun of herself made me fall in love with her!

IgoZoom

You should watch the YouTube video of Celine's Carpool Karaoke it's so funny. Her personality really shows.

Kelsey

Celine was covering her face on Jimmy Fallon because Sia covers her face when performing. She was covering a Sia song.

Kirsty McKay

The song she was recording is on an album she released in the past few years. It's not a belting album but it's absolutely beautiful. Now that you've watched this documentary, I would love for you to react to her latest album.

I am SO grateful I got to see Celine in concert right before Covid in Buffalo, NY! I was so scared and worried that she wouldn't be THE Celine Dion that we all know and love because of her struggles (she had not yet revealed her diagnosis to the world but her condition had started to impact her voice in some live performances in the months and years prior). But from the opening song, she INSTANTLY erased all doubt and concerns. She was absolutely stunning and amazing! Her voice was stronger than EVER and so clear! It was literal PERFECTION. She sang EVERY big song, hit every insane high note and soaring belt with ease; she NEVER ONCE stumbled. Her voice never wavered! After watching this documentary, it's mind-blowing that she was able to perform at the absolute top of her game that night while dealing with such a devastatingly debilitating condition. Again, I will be forever grateful that I got to see one of the world's greatest vocalists and performers of all-time, still somehow at the height of her talent, before she was forced to start canceling shows! We love you, Celine!

Jeff E

I really think that you guys should watch the interview she does with Hoda on good morning America

Paige

So the song she was recording was for a soundtrack of a movie called love again which she had a part in.

HGranger

Personally I've never thought Céline seemed like a Diva. Not only is she a great singer but I always thought she seemed real personable in all the interviews and documentaries I have seen of her over the years. You know this because we are on a different patreon together but I'm a huge Janet Jackson fan. One of the reasons I'm a fan of Janet is because beyond the great music, music videos, and performances that she has done Janet is also very personable and not a diva. In a way it has always come across to me like Janet Jackson and Céline Dion have similar personalities and that has always made me a fan of both of them. Though Janet had a different upbringing then Céline because Janet grew up in the spotlight due to her brothers being the Jackson 5/them becoming popular when she was just a toddler and she herself began performing professionally early as well. One of the most consistent things you hear from the people that have worked with Janet say is that she doesn't have an ego even though she has a strong work ethic and has this major presence about her and they say she also has a big heart, is gracious, and is about spreading love. So many of them also mention how Janet very much tries to make her work space a family atmosphere (i.e. Janet dinning with her employees, having group celebrations/outings/vacations, giving gifts to her employees, meeting with her employees' families, etc.). That is one of the reasons I recommended the Janet Jackson docuseries for Audrey to eventually react to especially based on the other music documentaries she has watched.

Morgan

That's more likely an issue with your internet connection than the video

Jay Johnston

So I'm just at the part where y'all asked about the masks. It's likely because SPS is an autoimmune disorder so her immune system isn't the greatest. The masks are likely to avoid outside people getting her sick because it could be worse for her than for the person getting her sick

Jay Johnston

as a medical professional, I want to commend the calmness and alertness of celine's team doing such an amazing job with handling celine's seizure.

Abigail Reifinger

am I the only having trouble with the streaming of this video? it keeps pausing because it doesn't stream enough :/

Clara Gros-Louis

I watched this and though I didn’t cry as much it was still hard to watch but in the best way possible . I have been lucky to see her in concert and it and she was incredible. But it is really hard to see her struggle so much and how much it has inpacted her life. I had never heard of SPS until she told the world what she was struggling with. Celine has this God given talent that she loves to share the world with. However, as we saw overstimulation brings on the crisis she thrives on stimulation and loves to perform. The only thing is she feels that she needs to prove to her fans & the world that she is still who we remember her to be. Celine girls you don’t need to prove anything to your fans or the world get well and live your life the best way you can your real fans understand and don’t expect you to be perfect, just be you.

Kellie Ayers Burk

It's very interesting to see Céline through american eyes, as a québécoise, we have a very particular vision of Céline, we see her as the little girl from Charlemagne, kinda like a cousin or something, a family member for sure, not as this huge diva that most of the world see her as.

Clara Gros-Louis

the opera piece at the start is sang by Maria Callas, not Céline :)

Clara Gros-Louis

I don’t know if will you make a YouTube video out of it but I think you should there’s no reaction video on the documentary so far, and your reaction was so moving. Hope we will get a short edited version on YouTube ☺️ but I know it’s lot of work because of the copyright

Joao

Omg, i watched like 2x already and cried every time. But now watching it with you two, omg I was a bigger mess this time 😂, especially since you understand vocally and artistically what she’s going trough.

Joao

Hi!

Morgan

hey Morgan!!! didn't know you were here! I agree, this was so heartbreaking

Clara Gros-Louis

Ahh am I ready to do this journey again 🥺💔

Erwin 𐚁

This documentary was so great but it was also emotional/heartbreaking. I applaud Celine for being so vulnerable and bringing awareness to Stiff Person Syndrome.
