BOOK CLUB π
Added 2024-03-11 18:17:31 +0000 UTCLately Iβve been inspired to focus more on my mental health and reconditioning my brain. It was through therapy and self help books that I was able to break the cycle of pain conditioned in me and finally craft a life I love. Itβs been years since I read a self help book and I think itβs time to start up again. Iβd like to invite you on this journey if youβd like.
What do you think about starting a βbook clubβ so to speak? Something where we vote on a mental health book and then read a certain amount each week. Then I post up my thoughts each week and you can reply to the post with your thoughts as well.
Know that I will not be giving mental health advice. This would simply be a safe place where we can all leave our thoughts and comments about that section of the book.
IF you like this idea then comment below with a book suggestion.
My personal favorite is:
The Secret Code Of Success

I love this idea, and I'm open to book suggestions since I haven't really read self-help books though I think they are a useful tool towards total mental well-being. I did however just start You are a Badass by Jen Sincero and so far it seems good. I also heard that The Self-Love Experiment by Shannon Kaiser is good
