2023-11-07 02:07:17 +0000 UTCI really hope you continue with this. I love your reactions and rewatching my favourite show with you. Episode 18 is one of the best episodes of the entire show. I can't wait to see your reaction.

2023-09-21 23:39:37 +0000 UTCI have been binging your reactions and it's always so entertaining to see how invested you get in the story and the characters. Jefferson's story is so heart breaking and that's something this show does so wonderfully well - they know how to pull at the heart strings, no matter who the character is. Having said that, next episode is the one I have been waiting for. I will be honest and say that, unlike a few people I have seen in your comments, I don't think next episode will be the one that will do you in on Regina just yet. I have a feeling your feelings towards Regina will only start to grow in late season 2 and be cemented by season 3 but next episode will be a good start up to what I bet will be a beautiful journey. Before you watch that episode though, I want you to have in mind something that the show did awful and that is not well represented in the episode, and that's Regina's age. It's not really a spoiler because it's been a standard for all OUaT episodes, but in the flashbacks Regina is only 18 years old - a disservice done by the show because they had Lana (Regina's actress) a woman in her mid 30's play a teenager and I personally think having the visual representation of how young she was would help A LOT in understanding how messed up everything was. Another thing to have in mind is that what you'll see next episode is not even half of Regina's backstory and there's so much more to come that will pile up on how heartbreaking of a character she truly is. The beauty of Regina is that, as you have been mentioning, you don't "forgive and forget" what she's done. You simply start understanding her and you go on a true journey with her. There is no 'click' moment or attempt at erasing her bad deeds but you'll see it when you start to experience that journey. It's not something that can truly be explained via words, you just have to see it and I can't wait to see you experience that (which is why I am really rooting for you to react to season 2).

2023-09-10 04:02:33 +0000 UTCYay Wonderland!!!! I'm always so excited when anything Alice pops up. It only lasted a season, but they did a spinoff called Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. I liked it, but I'm biased. I was easily as excited as you were when you figured out mushrooms + hat. There were so many little nods to different aspects of the story. The white rabbit, the "rabbit hole", going through the looking glass, the croquette mallet, etc. etc. Random Nonsense: Roger Daltrey (The Who) voiced the caterpillar. The books weren't about drugs, but the song White Rabbit definitely was. And, I'm assuming this was intentional but I'm not positive.... White Rabbit as in the song by JERFFERSON (Hatter) Airplane written/sang by GRACE (Daughter) Slick. No way that's a coincidence. I loved the spin on why he's mad. The phrase mad as a hatter didn't come from Lewis Carroll, but from hatmakers in the 18th/19th century. Part of making hats involved prolonged exposure to mercury if safety standards weren't kept and it caused all sorts of issues for the crafters including physical and mental side-effects including hallucinations. The whore mirror is freaking hilarious and definitely looked like it said that. I feel like there were 5 million more Wonderland comments I wanted to make, but ugh... my memory. Edit: Oh! Gold! I think one of the reasons you like him might be that he's a character that we've already seen so much of. All these characters have a duality between worlds and their own levels of internal good vs evil, but we've explored him probably the most. The fact that he's fully fleshed out and not just a tropey bad guy makes him very likable. We all make the occasional crappy or selfish choice and we tend to think we're doing it for the "right" reasons, so it's interesting to see that mapped out that way. You understand where he's coming from even if you don't agree. Not a lot of shows spend that much time fleshing out character motivation or development. He's complex and that always makes for more interesting story telling. This happens more and more with other characters along the way, but he stays one of my favorites.

2023-09-09 00:28:59 +0000 UTCThe actor playing Jefferson is Sebastian Stan. He is known for playing Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Universe. Now you made me laugh at the beginning when you said is he going to lay down some plastic and chop her into bits because he is in a movie called Fresh either from 2021 or 2022.. I don't want to spoil it but you should check it out ๐

2023-09-06 22:07:19 +0000 UTCIt's so funny how you love Mr.Gold and hate Regina, when its the exact opposite for me๐ I reaaally don't like Mr. Gold, especially in the during the later seasons, he gets really annoying BUT next episode is the one we've all been waiting for๐ i can't wait to see your reaction to it๐ฅณ

2023-09-06 10:56:02 +0000 UTCThis is such an intricate episode. There are so many hints about what's to come and so many little details that are easy to miss. I love the tea party reference. When Jefferson tells grace he has to leave and she makes him promise to come back for their tea party, my mind immediately flashes to the Mad Hatter we all know from other projects
