Time Warp from Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975 version) with Tim Curry; Hairspray (2007 version) with Zac Efron, Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect), John Travolta, Christopher Walken, James Marsden (Enchanted), Allison Janney (West Wing tv show), Queen Latifah (also in the movie version of Chicago): 'Good Morning Baltimore', 'I Can Hear the Bells', 'Welcome To the 60's', 'You Can't Stop the Beat'; Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (with the cast from the first one as well as Cher, Lily James) 'Fernando'; Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007 Tim Burton movie version) with Helena Bonham Carter and Johnny Depp: 'Worst Pies in London', 'My Friends', 'Johanna. There are so many other great movie musicals, but these are just a few.

2022-12-04 02:51:37 +0000 UTCAnd one for the long shot - There is an amazing and hilarious TV series called "Galavant" - It only lasted 18 episodes, 20 min long each, but it had roughly 3 original songs per episode composed and written by Alan Mankin and Glenn Slater respectfully and it is an absolute GEM! You can easily react to 2 of the songs from the first episode ("Galavant" and "She'll be mine") via youtube, though seriously - any song from that show is endlessly enjoyable
