2022-12-16 19:18:54 +0000 UTCI feel like only Blaine, Joe, Artie, Mike, and Tina should have sung the cheater song. Everybody else in the group has cheated on someone. No matter how many times I watch it, I always cry during Kurt's solo and the scene with his dad. Burt is the number one tv dad.

2022-11-14 13:50:27 +0000 UTCI actually like season 4 as well. I can see why some people may not like it but I actually did. I don't want to give too much away until Audrey starts season 4. But despite all that happens some of my most favorite scenes of Kurt and Blaine are in season 4. One of my favorite scenes of them is the Thanksgiving scene in season 4. Despite all that happened I loved the conversation they had. And I just feel especially Kurt came into his own during season 4. I will just say for those that have seen it, the wedding episode in season 4 with Kurt and Blaine...between the car and hotel room...let's just say I was kind of shocked with how Kurt was acting and I was just like oh my God he is definitely not a baby penguin any longer lol. 🙂

With I have Nothing,(which you already reacted to) I get what you’re saying about him being able to do it better in a later season, but I think the actor asked to sing it in the OG key. Either way, I love it even though it’s not everyone’s favorite. Also I don’t know if you reacted to So Emotional before, but you did do How Will I Know.

Also Blaine in this season is a junior so he will be in high school next year while Kurt will have graduated and moved a way. That is what Blaine was saying about being alone because he still has another year of being in high school.

I remember CRYING when I first watched the end scene with all the glee club members, as it is one of the last group numbers from the og's (or, at least thats what we thought when it aired) and I still find myself get teary eyed I will NEVER forgive the writers that they threw away the Joe-Quinn storyline. I love them both together so much and its a shame nothing happened between them! :( Also, after reading some of the comments here: you guys have to remember that glee is a Rachel-centric show. Only because of fans, Ryan decided to really give others the spotlight. So, kinda obvi why most characters are mostly in the background for most episodes. Pretty sure if he decided from the start that its a show about all characters, the storylines would've been better and characters like Tina wouldn't get so screwed over.

I got nothing’. Heather demanded little shorts under the dress and a change of shoes so she could move more freely. Tell them what a dancer needs Heather. It’s just something that is not usually taken into consideration because how often do you have musicals and dancing? Not often enough.

2022-11-11 07:00:49 +0000 UTCWhitney is a legend and I'm so glad that they paid tribute to her. I agree that Naya, Amber, and Kevin should have led the numbers this episode. I would have liked to have seen Naya and Amber sing lead for How Will I Know and how awesome would it have been to hear Amber sing I'm Every Woman and Naya sing Queen of the Night? If only I had any say in what glee did... The storylines were definitely confusing and chaotic, but I did love that we got It's Not Right, But It's Okay out of it. Naya and Harry have the best background expressions and they were on point this episode. Also, for those of you watching the Masked Singer this season...Harp (who many - including me - are saying is Amber) sang I Have Nothing and it was amazing.

I love Whitney and you can never go wrong with her songs but I feel like many who got to sing solos and duets in this episode voices didn't fit the songs. It is crazy that Amber Riley (Mercedes) didn't get a solo in a Whitney Houston tribute episode. I agree with you that only Amber, Naya and Kevin should have had solos.

As someone else has already mentioned, Chris Colfer asked to do I Have Nothing in its original key. While it didn’t have the power it really needed, I think it’s amazing he can hit those notes and still have the power he did behind them. I feel like you’ll be very impressed with his performance in the next episode. It’s one of my favorite performances of his!

2022-11-11 05:02:32 +0000 UTCIf I remember correctly Chris (Kurt) asked to sing I Have Nothing in the original key. The longer version of the song is a bit better then the cut in the episode. Also Heather (Brittany) wasn't supposed to do all the choreography in I Wanna Dance With Somebody but she wanted to do it so the let her. They changed out her shoes and got her shorts for under her dress.

I actually really love this episode, even the Klaine stuff, because it shows how insecure they all are about the future and that some of them will be graduating and starting their adult lives and some of them are still going to be right in the same place. Yes, it was an outstanding tribute to Whitney, but it was more than that. It was about trying to let go and move on but also holding on to precious memories. This episode aired two months after Whitney passed away and Schue was confused as who why they kids haven’t gotten over her yet. It’s been over two years, and I don’t think I’ll ever get over Naya.

In terms of the episode, the opening number is my fave acapella number of the whole show and my wedding dress was similar to Naya's dress so love that! I always have the same reaction to it with my wife. Lol. People are a bit out of character here and there pretty much this whole season/show to fit the narrative but music wise and how settled the actors feel into their reading of the characters makes this my favorite season. 🤷🏽 I love how quick the music comes in for pretty much every song so the episode moves quickly. I do agree that Kurt was being inappropriate but I also think Blaine can be extreme and a bit hypocritical throughout this relationship. Love Santana and I think this is one of the few episodes where I find Rachel tolerable and maybe even sweet. So not a 10 overall but not one I skip when I feel like some Glee. Also as someone who doesn't have a relationship with their father because of his homophobia, Burt is everything. Absolutely best tv dad to me.

2022-11-11 03:45:31 +0000 UTCJust watched it. Lots of thoughts as always lol. First of all, hi to Beau. He seems like a nice lad. And I'm also camera shy so I understand lol. And it was nice to see Danny again too. Also I love this new format with you in a circle in the corner, we can see more of the show this way. 👌 As for the episode, it's yet another strange one. This is why I don't understand the love for season 3. Every episode seems so disjointed and random. Season 4 is a ton better imo. The Joe and Quinn stuff is sweet, as someone who's not religious I struggle to understand why someone would put the words in a book over real love, but that dedication is something to be admired. Rachel and Santana's new found friendship is great I guess, but Santana is just so constantly awful that I don't understand why they all want to be friends with her lol. And she screws Rachel over big time in season 5. You'll see what I mean. Kurt and Blaine I have constantly mixed feelings about. They have amazing chemistry and their cute moments are adorable. But yet they keep messing each other around and doing things wrong. And that only gets worse as the seasons go on. And you're right that we haven't seen much of Tina. She really is in the background in this season, Mike too. Also I hate how Sugar and Rory just totally disappeared without a real explanation. Also we don't see much of Sue in the last half of this season. Basically I don't enjoy this season at all lol. But yet, as always with Glee, the songs are fantastic. And the beautifully written scenes like the one with Kurt and his dad make it all worthwhile. But yeah I really enjoyed this watch party and thank you for taking the time to do it for us. I'm thinking of you and Wawa. 💕💕
