EARLY ACCESS: GLEE - Fly/I Believe I Can Fly (Reaction Video)

Every time I hear Naya Rivera sing I think about how the world did not get enough of her talent and that Ryan Murphy kept it from us. But on the other hand, I’m so very glad I got to hear her and see her act because she was an extra that literally stole the show. From one of the silent background characters to a hated character to one of the most beloved characters ever written for her groundbreaking portrayal…..the world deserved more, she deserved more, her friends and family deserved more and most of all, her son deserved more. RIP

Glee, apparently had stolen some arrangements and taken credit for it like in Human Nature, Baby got back, Dancing with myself and several others that seemed to be Original adaptations but really weren't.

Definitely one of my favorite mashups. Thanks for reviewing, I’m sure Ive requested it a million times! Love your reaction as always, as well as the confusion on what the hell is happening now!! Naya and Darren rapping on this song was legit for this type of performance. It’s a wonder why they ever had Will rapping with all the other talent available..I can’t even watch those scenes. Mercedes is legit also. As my girl Gemma said, definitely review Doo Wop at some point!! Naya and Mercedes are fire! That’s a pretty high bar doing a Lauryn Hill classic!

I can’t decide if I like these extended versions people have edited together with random footage from the show. On the one hand it’s nice to hear the full song, but on the other it can be jarring and takes away from the aired version. 🤔 I think I prefer watching the aired version and listening to the full version separately (without the sometimes unrelated footage). You can tell the ones that “g10 anos” (I can’t fully tell what that logo is) puts together because they put a weird fuzzy haze over their videos.

i LOVE this performance there's just so many layers to it and i love the rapping it's totally different to their usual songs and is very underrated imo

It's an interesting mash up this one but not a favourite of mine. I don't feel the songs work together very well and Blaine should join Mr Schue in the "people who should never rap again" club lol. But I love Lea's softer voice in this one, we don't see that side to her voice often on the show. And Kevin sounds fantastic as always. 😊
