Great reaction I love when she sings this song and all the other Funny Girl songs she sings as you will see in season 5 she sings a lot of songs from the show. As for why it was a complete solo and the group did not do any harmonies that's because they had a completely different set list that did not include this song or the other song they sing for sectionals. Sue leaked the set list to the competitors and they performed the songs that New Directions were going to perform including that Mercedes was supposed to sing And I am Telling You as a solo but since the other group did that song they had to quickly with no rehearsal change the song. So they had Rachel sing this song and then quickly put together You Can't Always Get What You Want.
