The game is NOT using/applying Xbox HDR Calibration app settings.
The game has an average HDR implementation by offering a fixed / not adjustable Peak HDR Luminance around 1.000 nits.
If your TV matches it (like LG G2) then use HGIG, otherwise use Dynamic Tone Mapping for best adapt it.
In all cases leave "Brightness", "HDR Exposure" and "HDR Color Saturation" to their Default settings as they already represent a balanced value.
