The game is NOT using/applying Playstation HDR Calibration app settings.
Kena has one of worst HDR implementation as it's basically a "fake-HDR" title.
The game will trigger the HDR signal but measured actual Peak HDR Brightness won't exceed 100 nits, making it a clear case of an SDR game just "contained" in an HDR signal, making it somewhat worse than just launching and playing it in SDR.

Play this game in SDR :/

No, unfortunately. Luckily those "fake" or bad HDR titles are very few so you should never disable HDR on a system level but only adjust HDR games properly in-game in 99% of cases.
