Recently, a number of freelancers got together and put together a comic anthology called "sparkFLAME." Or "Spark>Flame." I dunno how to make the arrow work. May 2024 Preview & Update

Hello all you lovely patrons!

First up, we have a preview page from Book One! Who is this dashing and sinister figure menacing the crew of Fortune's Lap? He'll introduce himself to you!

Secondly, Book Two has a finished first draft! It still need a lot of work, but we've hit a major milestone with it, so I'm happy with the progress.

Status Update for April 2024

Hello all you lovely patrons!

It's been quiet here, but that's because we've been busy!

Adam is well into Book One with about 50% either laid out or finished (pending revisions for Ian's "hilarious" typos).

Ian, meanwhile, is a little over 50% done drafting Book Two! Ideally, we'll be able to roll over immediately into production of that once Book One is complete. That becomes all the more easier thanks to your continued support.

February Status Report!

We're steadily making progress in exciting ways! 

Adam is about 1/8th of the way done with Book One and it's looking splendid!

I'm not sitting idly either! I'm happy to say Book Two is plotted out and the first draft is underway!

Book One is in full production, with Adam setting an aggressive schedule for himself. He wants this in your hands by the summer, but I know how fickle fate can be, so I'm going to just say "2024 release." I can't wait for him to prove me wrong!

July Update + WIP/Spoiler Doc!

As I said back in May, we reassessed our plans and realized we couldn't be nearly as aggressive with pursuing production as we wanted. That, coupled with our need to fulfill our freelance contracts, has led to very little headway. It's incredibly frustrating, but that's life.

Howdy all you lovely, loyal patrons.

So most of 2022 was spent looking for a potential publisher and financier. We were hoping to have some reliable backing to get Drogune out the door. After a great deal of back-and-forth and some false starts, it all ultimately fizzled out.

We are now shifting gears to prep for a KickStarter campaign. We aim to launch in late spring or early summer. Our base goal will cover a B&W edition of the revised Book One, with a stretch goal ...
