And this time around it was a caption by OES (One-eyed Stranger) on Tumblr (sorry I cannot link at the moment, but seems like I blocked Tumblr off my network for a while) that just had such aesthetic energy that it made me want to draw something based off of it. So, an experiment in art styles came through.
Oddly enough, drawing like this is a little harder for me, partly because I am not as practiced with it. Yet! But also because I struggle to really give form to shapes. But I doubt you're here to hear me talk about the process of art making.
So, yeah... Here it is.

Hay veces que una idea simplemente te agarra y no te suelta.
Esta vez fue un caption por OES (One-eyed Stranger) en Tumblr (y disculpen la falta de link, pero parece que he bloqueado acceso a Tumblr en mi compu) que tenía tal energía estética que simplemente me dio por dibujar algo inspirado en ello. Así que decidí usarlo para experimentar con estilos.
Curiosamente, dibujar de esta manera se me hace más difícil, en parte por qué me falta práctica, pero también porque aún no sé cómo darle volumen a las formas. Bueno, en fin, dudo que estén aquí para leer sobre mi proceso.
