Robert Joseph Long, better known as Bobby Joe Long, was an American serial killer and rapist of a reticular brutal nature, who was executed for the murder of 10 woman he sexually assaulted, and murdered in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida during an eight-month period in 1984 where .he was killing a woman every two weeks. Along with many other serial killers including Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy Jr. It is believed several incidents that caused head trauma changed Longs personality that set him on a course to be one of America's more brutal serial killers. He actually broke her hips to spread her legs not just spread eagle-but beyond. To rotate them so that they were almost completely out on each side.
