This year, I bought a motorcycle for the first time in 10 years.
I sold my last bike six years ago. That was right after the March 11 earthquake in 2011. I returned to Hokkaido from uneasy Tokyo right after the earthquake. Hokkaido is my hometown.
6 years passed since then, this year I was able to own a motorcycle again.
Initially my motorcycle was scheduled to be delivered in April. But it was greatly delayed, eventually arriving on 21st July.
Hokkaido is a sacred place for Japanese riders. Because there is a vast land and rich nature, it is suitable for touring. I enjoyed touring during the summer and autumn.
I thought that the temperature will drop in October and I can not ride a motorcycle. However, surprisingly warm and good weather continued. I played with a lot of motorbikes in October too.
In other words, what I want to say ... I will do my best for more creative work from now ( ´ ⩊` )
今年、私は10年ぶりにバイクを買いました。
私が最後のバイクを売却したのは6年前です。それは2011年3月11日の大震災の直後でした。震災直後で不安な東京からホームタウンの北海道へ戻りました。
あれから6年経ち、今年私は再びバイクを所有する事が出来ました。
当初私のバイクは4月に納車される予定でした。しかしそれは大幅に遅れ、最終的には7月21日に到着しました。
北海道は日本のライダーにとって聖地です。広大な大地と豊かな自然があり、ツーリングに向いているからです。私は夏から秋の間、ツーリングを楽しみました。
10月になると気温が下がってバイクに乗れなくなると思っていました。しかし意外にも温かく良好な天気が続きました。私は10月も沢山バイクで遊んでしまいました。
つまり、何が言いたいかと言うと…これからもっと創作活動頑張ります。
