I figured out how to watch it, to answer a few questions, Hermione's parents ae both muggles, the wizard gene can be gone for generations and randomly show up again, also the wisleys have 2 more kids who live abroad, but they are not always shown or mentioned in the movies. Percy, who I believe was doing his last year at hogwarts on this movie, is the golden boy of the family since he gets perfect grades, and it's always trying to show off etc. on the books they go into depth about him and so many more characters. I'm hoping the TV show does them justice.
