Has to be yoga! Can't just get up out of bed and get going. Gotta stretch out first!

Yoga for the warming up the joints, combat training to wake the muscles and prepare the stretched joints for power training so they don't get hurt (aka cardio), and finally the power training after it all!

Fun fact, you actually should not do both power training and Yoga at the same time. You should focus on one or the other and only do one or the other exclusively during the times you do them, It can lead to greater risk of ijnury in lifting because your joints are being stretched and made more flexible.. in a way that lifting a weight could cause them to slip and rip. Just an autistic rant about something I learned while in the Service. I say Yoga for my favorite kitty!

yoga is healthier in the morning. you need first to consume protein before doing power training.
