You should focus on one or the other and only do one or the other exclusively during the times you do them, It can lead to greater risk of ijnury in lifting because your joints are being stretched and made more flexible.. in a way that lifting a weight could cause them to slip and rip. Just an autistic rant about something I learned while in the Service. I say Yoga for my favorite kitty!
