A very tough situation

Currently I’m stuck in Istanbul all alone with no money because my credit cards don’t work here and the rouble cash cannot be exchanged. I was fleeing with my cat to Batumi, but due to the war the Moscow-Istanbul flight took 6 hours instead of 4 and I was late to my second flight from Istanbul to Batumi. And these idiots don’t give me my money back or offer another plane! Grr!
I don’t know what to do now…

First thing that comes to my mind, is trying to ask on russian embassy.. ye but then again I don't know, because of current situation. Damn reading this makes me anxious. Think embassy would the first thing I could think of. After that I don't know, ask local authorities for help? Try money transfer service tomorrow, when they open, like Ashragon said?

If the tickets were not from the same company, then, unfortunately, the Istanbul-Batumi ticket is no longer valid, but they can give you another one - it depends on their rules. From which airline was the Istanbul-Batumi ticket?
