What is a 'Monster Maker' portrait?

Specifically, a piece turning yourself, a movie star, pornstar, fan character, or original character of your design into one of my monsters.
What does that mean?
Every monster has human characteristics/pieces right? They're basically humans with added fancy bits. So what I do is take a human of your choice, and then turn them into the kind of monster you like!
So for example, I could draw you using a picture for reference, and then turn you into an incubus by adding their trademark wings, tail, and horns!
