It feels like my OCs get that a lot though, and maybe it's an investment in the characters since they're rather fleshed out. But yeah, I follow real world rules when it comes to breeding, so a giraffe can't get a canine pregnant, etc. Night also has an IUD so she can't get knocked up by canines. So there wouldn't be a pregnancy unless she really planned for it.

2022-12-09 19:31:06 +0000 UTCIn all honesty Kadath I think it would come with the territory. Given Nightshade's promiscuous nature I'm surprised she hasn't gotten a pregnancy scare. However, I think this was covered in Masking the System as it seems that pregnancy only occurs between members of either the same or similar species. Considering that most of Nadia's escapades usually involve a member of a different species, you could argue that that she is immune to pregnancy as the world that was established explained that hybridization isn't a thing.
